Corralco sets high standards when it comes to the surroundings of all the Mountain Hotels. It also has a security manual, which must be followed by every visitor, for their own safety and everyone else's.

This hotel offers a security service 24 hours a day, in the inside and ouside of its facilities. It also is part of a security net, with CONAF, the Fire Deparment and Carabineros de Chile.
