We are merely at 60 Km. from Santiago's International Airport and at the base of El Colorado Ski Resort. Colorado Apart Hotel accommodates two to seven people comfortably, all units include a kitchenette, TV, individual heating thermostats and terraces with spectacular views of the slopes in daylight and the Santiago's lights after dark. Relax, in a warm and informal atmosphere.

Our old stone Restaurant Cadaques offers delicious Spanish and Chilean favorites as well as cocktails and a wide variety of our fine wines, all them served in a cozy and informal atmosphere.

Cabins

Best location right at the base of El Colorado Ski resort, at only 200 mts. from the Colorado Apart Hotel SKI IN - SKI OUT, and 100 mts. from the runs.

This cozy cabins are fully equipped for seven people. Total 43 mts.², plus terrace, recommended for 5 or 6people. Cabins counts with T.V., kitchenette wall-to-wall carpeting and nice terrace with spectacular view of Santiago's city.

All our cabin guests are welcome to use all the hotel amenities and services.

Distribution: One room with two single beds, second and third room with two bunks, 7th bed at living room and one bathroom. Total of 43m², plus balcony, recommended occupation is for 5 adults.

Cabins counts with TV, freezer, fully equipped kitchenette, and spectacular view to Santiago's city.

Reservations and Cancellations Policies

Reservations Policies

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation, which should respond to the effective use and on the exact dates indicated in it. Balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

EL COLORADO APART HOTEL is obligated to respect the reservation under the conditions established in it. Any modification to the reservation related to its date, duration and other terms, must be made in agreement with COLORADO APART HOTEL who may reject the same due to a lack of room availability or other reasons, without justifying its decision to the client.

If due to some reason, unforeseen circumstances, or "force major", the client does not make use of his/her reservation and fails to send a timely cancellation, COLORADO APART HOTEL will retain the total amount received as a compensation for the losses incurred due to non-utilization of the reservation.

Early Departure:: In case a guest has to leave COLORADO APART HOTEL before the date indicated in the reservation, no reimbursement whatsoever will be made and the non utilized stay will not be carried over to another reservation in the future.
Policy in case of Lack of Snow:: If due to a lack of snow, all of El Colorado ski lifts stop functioning, COLORADO APART HOTEL will consider the reimbursement of 100% of the total amount paid, deducting USD 45 per person, towards communication and administration expenses. Moreover, we provide our client with the alternative of transferring the money already paid to a new reservation in the same season and category as the original reservation. However, this would require prior confirmation of room availability.
Policy in case of Blocked Road:: In case the road leading to the ski resort is closed due to climatic conditions, COLORADO APART HOTEL will not reimburse or cover any expenses that may be incurred by the guests due to the delay in their arrival to or departure from COLORADO APART HOTEL.

Cancellations Policies

In case of a timely withdrawal notification of a minimum of 45 days to the reservation date, COLORADO APART HOTEL will reimburse to the client the total amount paid, deducting USD 45 per person, towards communication and administration expenses. The reimbursement shall be made in the same currency as the deposit, without any readjustment or interest.

In case of a timely withdrawal notification between 44 and 30 days before arrival to COLORADO APART HOTEL, shall hold back 50% of the total amount.

Less than 30 days or "No Show", no reimbursement whatsoever shall be made.
