General Notes

Double Special Rooms:

Bigger, more comfortable and better view than Doubles. There you will find one Matrimonial bed & bunk or single beds.

Double Rooms:

Two regular beds.

Family Rooms:

One bathromm, two or three rooms. Some with double bed,twin and bunk beds.

Childrens Rate:

First child under 4 years old does not pay lodging. Second or third child under 4 pays will pay same as children between 5-11 years old, staying in the same room as parent.

Reservations and Cancellations Policies

Reservations Policies

In order to guarantee your reservation a 50% payment of the Total amount is require. The balance should be paid 45 days before arrival to the Hotel.

Early Departure Policy:

If due to some reason, force major, a guest has to leave Hotel Posada de Farellones before the day indicated in the departure date, no reimbursement shall be made.

Lack of Snow Policy:

Total Deposit will be refund less US$ 30 per person for administration expenses in case of lack of snow, considering all lifts closed at the ski areas La Parva or Colorado-Farellones Ski Resorts. We provide our client with the alternative of transferring the money to a new reservation in the same winter season.

Blocked Road Policy:

The Hotel will not cover any additional expenses due a block road.

Cancellations Policies

If the reservation is canceled more than 60 days, the first deposit will be returned in full less a service charge equivalent to 20%..

If the reservation is canceled more than 46 days but less than 60 days before the reserved date of arrival, the guarantee will be returned less 50% of the value of the guarantee.

If the reservation is canceled or postponed less than 45 days prior to the reserved date of arrival the amount will not be refunded.
