General Conditions

Rates for rooms in Gran Hotel, Nevados de Chillán Hotel and Pirimahuida Hotel are per Person. Rates for Apartments are per apartment. All rates are in USD. Rates subject to change without previous notice. Rates subject to Hotel's reservation policies and operations.

Termas de Chillán Reservation and Cancelation Policies

Cancellations Policies

The cancellation policies are as follows:

* 60 days or more prior to arrival to hotel
: USD $40
* 59 - 30 days prior to arrival to hotel
: 20% of total reservation
* 29 - 0 days prior to arrival to hotel
: 100% of total reservation

Early Departures:

Early departure is considered whenever the guest checks-out prior to the date stipulated on the original reservation. In such case, Termas de Chillán will not reimburse guest for the value of any unused services.

Late Arrivals:

Whenever a guest checks in one or more days after the arrival date of the reservation, Termas de Chillán will not reimburse for the value of any unused portion of the services. Likewise, accommodations will not be extended beyond the original departure date.

Road Closed Policy:

The Chilean Ministry of Public Works maintains the access road to the Andes Mountains and is therefore responsible for clearing the road in the event of snowstorms. Even though Termas de Chillán offers support and machinery for the execution of these tasks, Termas de Chillán is not responsible for the road conditions.
