Reiki:

In Reiki, an ancient, natural healing technique, trained therapists use their hands to channel and focus Universal Energy on specifically targeted areas of the body. Each Reiki session opens a loving space of relaxation and internal connection, making it possible to restore natural balance and harmony at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Sophorlogical Treatments:

Consists of a series of group sessions that are given on certain days of the week. Advance reservation and scheduling required. The mind's latent powers are released and focused to eliminate stress to regain health and well being. Complements relaxation and meditation. At least four sessions should be attended to learn the basis methods for mobilizing the body's natural defenses.

Herbal Foot Bath:

During this 20-minute treatment, the feet are soaked in an infusion of specially selected, soothing medical herbs.
