Kids & Teens Promotions - 2010 Season

Two Kids Ski Free Promotion

One child, per parent, 12 years or younger, receives FREE skiing, meals, and lodging. Free stay is in same room as parent, or if two kids and two parents, kids stay in a room of equivalent or less value than that of their parents. Offer applies only to children with their parents during the following weeks:

September 25 - October 02

Conditions & Restrictions:

Offer valid for parents and their children only
Promotion valid for a maximum of two children free per family. Each family may use up to two “free stays” per family group beginning with the rate of least value, even if that means a child who is under 4 years of age and free already
Children are to occupy the same room, as parent(s), chosen and paid for by parent(s)
In the case of one parent accompanying his/her child, the child is completely free.
At check-in, parents will be required to provide documentation in order to verify all kid’s ages.
Promotion valid for all types of rooms, except Suites and the Inca Lodge.
Reservations valid for 7-night ski weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday

One Child Free Promotion

During the following weeks of the 2010 season, a parent who is a paying guests in the hotel may bring one of their children between 4 and 12 years old (inclusive) for a completely free Portillo ski week:

June 19 - June 26
September 04 - September 11
September 11 - September 18
September 18 - September 25

Conditions & Restrinctions:

Offer valid for a mother and/or father and his and/or her son or daughter only.
Maximum one child free per family. Each family may use up to one “free stay” per family group beginning with the rate of least value, even if that means a child who is under 4 years of age and free already
Child to occupy the same room as a parent. An extra bed will be provided
In the case of one parent accompanying their child, the parent pays the Single rate and child is completely free
In order to use the One Kid Skis Free promotion in Family Apartments with 1 bathroom, a minimum of 4 guests paying full rate is required
At check-in, parents will be required to provide documentation in order to verify all children's ages.
Promotion valid for all types of rooms, except Suites and the Inca Lodge.
Reservations valid for 7-night ski weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday.

Free Night Stay at the Ritz - Carlton Santiago

By reserving the following ski week of the 2010 season, Portillo offers guests a free one-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Santiago.

August 21 - 28

August 28 – September 04

Conditions and Restrictions of 1 Night Free at the Ritz-Carlton Santiago:

Offer valid for above-mentioned ski weeks only.
Valid for stays of a minimum of 7 nights (Portillo ski week) only.
Valid with room rates in the Hotel Portillo and the Octogon Lodge only.
Complimentary night in the Ritz-Carlton is in a Single or Double Standard room and includes breakfast.
Extras must be paid directly to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Santiago.
A child will stay in an additional bed in the same room as their parent(s). In each room there can be just one of the following options:

Other configurations will require a second room with a charge of USD100.
Complimentary night in the Ritz-Carlton Santiago subject to availability. In the case that space is not available, a hotel of similar quality will be substituted.
Complimentary night in the Ritz-Carlton Santiago reservation can be made by the Portillo Reservations Department only.
Complimentary night in the Ritz-Carlton Santiago must be taken immediately before or immediately after guests’ stay at Portillo.
Promotion is not redeemable for cash and/or trade and is personal and non-transferable.
Due to the limited number of rooms and demand for this promotion, if a guest chooses not to occupy his/her free night at the Ritz-Carlton Santiago, the guest must advise the Ski Portillo Reservations Department either by e-mail: reservas@skiportillo.com or by telephone +562630606 / USA: 1-800-829-5325/ Canada: 1-800-514-2579) with 48 hours notice. If is not given, 100 USD charge per room will be automatically charged to the passenger’s credit card on file or corresponding Hotel Portillo account.
Not valid with any other promotion except ‘free transfer to Portillo.’ on August 28 – September 4 week.

3. Free Night Stay at the Ritz - Carlton Santiago and Transfer to Portillo

Portillo’s most convenient promotion yet! Portillo offers guests shuttle transfers to and from Portillo, including one night free at the Ritz-Carlton Santiago! On top of that, the promotion is offered in addition to the week of Wine Fest, where guests can try the best wines of Chile for free. Take advantage of these great opportunities and reserve the following Portillo Ski Week.

Conditions and Restrictions of 1 Night Free at the Ritz-Carlton Santiago:

Promotion valid for stays of a minimum of 7 nights (a full ski week) during the Ski Week from August 28th – September 4th 2010 season.
Offer valid for room rates in the Hotel Portillo and the Octogon Lodge only
The transfers are a shuttle service; in the case that a guest(s) ask(s) for a private transfer, the guest(s) will pay the difference in rate directly to Portillo Travel
The shuttle transfer schedule to Portillo is only on Saturdays from Santiago

In the case that a guest(s) ask for pick-up from a hotel not listed above, the guest(s) will pay a fare of 20 USD per person to Portillo travel
The reservation can be made only by the Portillo Reservations Department
