- Ski Resorts in Chile are located on the Andes Mountain with unpredictable weather conditions. We ask our guest to get information about weather and road information before taking a transfer to any Ski Resort in Chile.
- Road and weather condition policies
- Guests in Santiago who are unable to drive up to the ski resorts will be directly responsible for their accommodation expenses in Santiago or other city, while the road remains closed or the weather conditions threaten the lives of passengers.The amount paid for transportation will be accredited to their accounts. In this case, guests may choose to transfer this credit to their account for any extra services; credit it towards a future reservation within the same season.
- Guests who are at Ski Resorts are unable to go down the mountain and must spend the night in the resort because of road or weather conditions,will be directly responsible for their accommodation expenses in the ski resort.
- Chileanski.com offers an optional use of a helicopter transportation service which is only operable during favorable climatic conditions. This service is subject to availability and the passenger is responsible to assume the cost of this service.
The Chilean Ministry of Public Works maintains the access road to the Andes Mountains and is therefore responsible for cleaning the road in the event of snowstorms. Chileanski.com transportation service is not responsible for the road conditions or unpredictable weather conditions.
