Panoramic chairlift at El Mirador restaurant, the only non-ski activity at the Farellones center: 20% discount on park entrance, with access to all non-ski activities such as individual or group tubing, ziplining, sledding, panoramic chairlift rides, and mini park.

Check-in & interaction
Check-in must be done at the Mountain Stay office, located at street level in the Parador Building, next to the ticket office and ski center store. We offer hostess service at reception from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and phone assistance until 11:59 PM.

If your arrival is after 8:00 PM, please inform reservations to coordinate your entry.

Other important info
During the winter season, the G21 route to the ski centers has time restrictions set by Chilean police for ascending and descending the mountain:

• Ascending only: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• Descending only: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Please consider this when scheduling your transport.

Our ski centers El Colorado and Farellones do not rent clothing, only ski or snowboard equipment. Clothing can be rented in Santiago before heading to the mountain or at a private shop a few steps from the Gran Parador building in El Colorado.

We recommend renting ski or snowboard equipment directly at the ski center, as it includes a guarantee in case of malfunction or problems. If you rent equipment elsewhere and it fails, you must rent new equipment at the ski center and then request a refund from the original rental location.
