Chapa Verde Ski Center

Chapa Verde ski center is located in Codelco Chile Lands, el Teniente division, and it is administrated by Chapa Verde Ski Club.

22 soles for all kind of skiers, with a extension between 1,200 mts (3,940 ft) and 2,500 mts (8,200 ft). Its higher altitude reaches 3,100 mts (10,200 ft), and its ski area is 1,200 hectares (2,960 acre), which are formed by 4 ski lifts and one triple chair lift adapted to every people ski level.

These ski lifts will take you to the most beautiful landscapes that Chapa Verde possesses.

Services

Ski Rental and Ski Repair Shop:: It has a limited stock of parabolic ski equipment, monoski and snowboard, to all the family. It also offers a ski repair shop with full support for your equipment, fixations lubrication, edge sharpen, wax, fixations installation, patches and more, to maintain your equipment in optimal conditions.
Ski Shop:: A pleasant mini-store in where you will find all referring to this sport, from ski equipment, accessories and more, to practice your favorite sport.
Restaurants:: Two cosy Restaurants, one located in the base of the Winter Center, with complete service of breakfast, lunch and dinner, fast food, international bar, snacks. The other in the base of the triple-chair lift "La Liebre", offers something different, completely "European" style, Spanish and French food, barbacue, grill bar.
Ski Patrols:: A prepared Patrols team is in charge of your well-being and your family. They cross the tracks of the Winter Center kind and quiet.

Lodging

Residential set Hoya Blanca, in Cahapa Verde, has 59 totally equipped cabins, with capacity up to 8 people. Living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, terrace next to the slopes. An excellent alternative to lodge and enjoy days of dream.

Activities

Mountain Ski or Randonee:: Slide horizontal and / or vertical in big extensions and without mechanics remounting.
Photography:: Take inside or outside photographs in authorized places.

How to get There?

Chapa Verde Special buses, which departure from the HIPERINDEPENDENCIA, in 665 Miguel Ramírez Avenue, Rancagua. Or in authorized vehicles by Chapa Verde Ski Center.

From Santiago - Airport: Ruta 5 Sur, towards the South, arriving to Rancagua city. From there follow the way to the mountain by the highway Eduardo Frei Montalva, up to Chapa Verde Ski Center.
