Corralco - 2010 Ski Season Rates

Corralco is the newest ski centre in Chile, and it offers new alternatives when it comes to ski and snowboarding for Chileans and tourists from another countries.

The centre has two hundred hectares, with tracks for beginners and experts, with the best snow in the area and in the middle of a simply wonderful scenery.

If you travel with children, do not worry. Corralco also offers a day care and playground service, with a mini school. All teachers are qualified to take care of children of any age, offering a service by the hour; or, if you prefer, leaving your kids at the mini school for a complete or half-a-day. Your children will enjoy the secure and fun activities, while you take some time to ski or snowboard and relax.

Child Rate

Children under 4 years old who share room with their parents are free of charge, including meals (buffet breakfast and dinner), ski lift tickets and any use of our installations and services provided in the program.From 5 to 12 years old who share room with their parents are free of charge, including  breakfast , ski lift tickets and any use of our installations and services provided in the program

General Conditions

Rates are per person, expressed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates do not include tax or tips.

Rates in USD are tax exempt according to decree D.L. 825 art. 12 for guests who are foreigner, not residents of Chile and pay in US Dollars.

Reservation Policies

Reservations are considered are confirmed when the client pays 50% of the total rate.

Changes and Cancellations

All cancellations must be made by writing to the fax +56 (2) 9462951 or by e-mail sales@chileanski.com, no later than 30 days prior to check-in.

Changes to confirmed reservations will be subject to the approval and availability of the hotel, no later than 15 days prior to check-in.

Penalties for Cancellations

• 30 or more days prior to check-in: 10% of the total cost of the program.
• 29 to 15 days prior to check-in: 25% of the total cost of the program.
• 14 or less prior to check in: 50% of the total value of the program.

Early Departure

It's considered when a guest checks-out before the stipulated date made in the reservation. Corralco Lodge & Ski Resort will not reimburse the non utilzed services.

Late Arrival

It's considered when a guest checks-in, one or more days after the stipulated date in the reservation. Corralco Lodge & Ski Resort will not reimburse the non utilized stay, extend it or be carried over to another reservation.

Road-Closed Policy

If the road is closed and our guests cannot get to or leave Corralco Lodge & Ski Resort, it will proceed in the following way:

• Guests who are unable to drive up to Corralco while the road is closed will be directly responsible for their accommodation and other expenses elsewhere.

  The nights that are not used at Corralco will be accredited to their accounts. Guests will be able to choose whether to transfer the credit to their extra services account (ski lessons, bar bills, etc.), use the credit toward a future reservation within the same season, or proceed for reimbursment.

• Guests who are unable to descend from Corralco and must spend the night in the lodge will be charged the full rate for their first night's accommodation. However, beginning the second night, a 50% discount is applied to the normal rate.
